"aloha owl"
“Aloha Owl” was created in a series of three for a friend of mine. Her daughter was turning two and they had just moved into their new home. I have an affection for owls for some reason. Owls are so versital. They are one of those creatures that can take many shapes such as cartoons, pen and ink or in this case acrylic and paper and still ‘look’ like an owl! All three in this series are available via printed color copy or a limited number of originals are available. (Originals have slight color, paper and style variations but mimick the first design closely.) All prints and originals are signed and numbered.
50% of proceed profits from this print, “Aloha Owl” will go to the American Diabetes Foundation. This donation destination for this owl print was chosen by the gift receiver in honor of her brother who was diagnosed in his teens with diabetes.
